NeuroEmotional Technique

NET is a mind-body stress-reduction technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress. NET is a tool that helps improve mental and physical health.

Winding Back the Stress Clock

If you’re in a weakened state due to factors such as stress or physical trauma, everyday responses may not fully resolve as they naturally should. Later in our lives, when we experience a similar situation, an old response pattern can kick in.

Individually, we rarely see the link between a past event and our present situation. This is where NET is crucial — NET can help your body release its lingering/stuck response. For good!

People used to think that stress was felt primarily in their brain. Now we know that other parts of the body can also reflect a stressful reaction. Have you ever felt "butterflies in your stomach" before a speech? Have you referred to something as a "pain in the neck?" Have you ever felt a "lump in your throat?" Clearly stress happens in our body, not just our brain.

NET practitioners can find negatively-charged stressful responses that are stored in your body and help you release them. It's fast, it's easy, and it can dramatically improve your health.

Resolving the Unresolved

Finding unresolved stressful responses in your body can be done with a simple test. Your practitioner can use a stress-response test to determine if your body is in harmony (or congruent) with a particular issue that is happening now, as well as check events that have happened in the past. If there is a non-congruence, your practitioner will start by helping you find a "feeling" or mental picture that is associated with this unresolved stress. With the stressful feeling or thought in your mind, your body will assume a different physiological or chemical state.

How does this work? As discovered in the late 1990s, when you recall a memory that has associated unresolved stress, your body’s chemistry will change to a pattern that is similar to the chemistry that was going on back at the time of the original stress. lemon bite3If you’re like most people, it is, and what you’re experiencing is a physiological response to your memory of a lemon. Your body’s response to stress works in a similar way, and this is a key factor in the correction phase of the NET process.

To make the correction, your practitioner will find an associated pulse or body point, and a correction can easily be made while you think about the stressful issue. It’s that simple! After the correction, many patients report feeling that a heavy weight has been lifted from their shoulders. If things become too personal or uncomfortable during the process, just say the word and the session can end safely. You’re always in control. NET is safe and effective, and is a natural way to instantly resolve long-standing health problems that accompany many stress-related symptoms.
